DESCRIPTION

• Mono-component varnishes for polyurethane
• Bi-color marble effects with a soft touch feeling

CHARACTERISTICS

• Liquid solvent base
• Synthetic resins and pigments in organic solvents

APPLICATION

• Wash the soles with the solvent for release agent traces removing only before the application of the 1st coat

Marble effects

• Stir the varnish 3800/1067 before using
• Spray by machine or manually when the sole is completely dry 
• Spray using nozzle gun diam. 1-1.5mm and pressure 0,5-1,5 atm 
• Stir the varnish 3800/1069 before using
• Spray using nozzle gun diam. 1-1.5mm and pressure 0,5-1,5 atm

Soft touch effect

• Stir the varnish 3760-M104 before using
• Spray by machine or manually when the sole is completely dry
• Spray using nozzle gun diam. 1-1.5mm and pressure 3 atm

• Most of RAL/Pantone colour cards 
• Special colours on demand
