Water-based release agents for PU Ester DOUBLE DENSITY shoes

Range of water-based release agents 100% silicon free.

The shoes produced with these release agents have successfully passed the interlayers bonding tests and the highlight is the top opacity level obtained, capable to give to the sole a rubber effect.

These products are suitable for both manual and robot/ electrostatic gun applications and their usage allows to obtain very low consumption, 1/3 – 1/4 of the quantity applied with a solvent-based release agent.

Water-based release agents for PU Ether DOUBLE DENSITY shoes

Range of water-based release agents which combines an excellent releasabilty with a very strong interlayer adhesion between the PU outsole and midsole.

These products are suitable for both manual and robot/ electrostatic gun applications and their usage allows to obtain very low consumption, 1/3 – 1/4 of the quantity applied with a solvent-based release agent

Water-based release agents for viscoelastic PU (memory foam)

Range of water-based release agents which allows to eliminate the post extraction talc process as the use of these products considerably reduces the stickiness of the polyurethane, making the production process more efficient and profitable.

These products are suitable for both manual and robot/ electrostatic gun applications and their usage allows to obtain very low consumption, at least halving the quantity applied with a solvent-based release agent.

Water-based release agents for flexible PU

Range of water-based release agents which provides an excellent releasability, regardless the degree of openness of the polyurethane cell.

Water-based In Mould Coating for PU (IMC)

Range of water based In Mould Coatings to be sprayed directly into the mould after the release agent application.

By reacting simultaneously with the PU during its foaming, in mould coating resistance to abrasion and adhesion is much stronger than the common varnishes for PU.

Beside these qualitative benefits, the IMC allows to increase the productivity during industrial production because it avoids time demanding operations like the substrate washing after demoulding.

Moreover, the high covering power of these IMCs, make them compatible with every particular PU production process, without affecting the already existing industrial timing

Primer and varnish for EVA (water-based/ solvent-based)

Kezal Primer, unlike all the other common primer for EVA, doesn’t require any kind of pre-activation process; once applied (by spray or by brush), the substrate is directly varnished with Kezal varnish for EVA.

Varnish for Rubber without Halogenation (water-based/ solvent-based)

Kezal varnish for rubber is applied directly onto the substrate without the need of the preactivation step. In addition to making the process more efficient and cost-effective, it allows to maintain the natural sole flexibility, preventing the unavoidable stiffing generated by the use of halogenating solutions.
