Water-Based Release Agents for PU Ester Double Density Shoes

Water-based release agent line, 100% silicon free, that couples an excellent releasability with the strongest interlayer bonding outsole/midsole (EN ISO 20344:2011 par 5.2).
Greatly appreciated it’s also the high matt level achieved, which confers a rubber look and feeling to the sole.
Compatible with both manual and robot/electrostatic application, the consumption is reduced up to 1/3 – 1/4 than a solvent-based analogue.

Water-Based Release Agents for PU Ether Double Density Shoes

Water-based release agent line, that couples an excellent releasability with the strongest interlayer bonding outsole/midsole (EN ISO 20344:2011 par 5.2).

Water-Based Release Agents for Viscoelastic PU (memory foam)

Water-based release agent line, that couples an excellent releasability with a homogeneous and dry finishing, avoiding the talc step after mould extraction. It is the release agent itself that strongly reduce the polyurethane stickiness, optimizing the production process.
Compatible with both manual and robot/electrostatic application, the consumption is at least 1/2 than a solvent-based analogue.

Water-Based Release Agents for Flexible PU

Water-based release agent line that provides a homogenous finishing together with an excellent releasability no matter what the degree of openness of the polyurethane cell is.

Water-Based In Mould Coating for PU (IMC)

By reacting simultaneously with the polyurethane foam while forming, IMC technology grants a stronger adhesion and abrasion resistance in comparison with classical varnishes. In addition, it boosts production efficiency by avoiding post-extraction substrate washing.
Moreover, the high covering power of these IMCs, make them compatible with every particular PU production process, without affecting the already existing industrial timing.

Primer and Varnish for EVA (water-based / solvent-based)

Kezal primer, unlike common primers for EVA, doesn’t require any pre-activation process; applicable both by spray and by brush, the substrate can be directly coated with Kezal varnish for EVA.
EVA varnish line, as well applicable both by spray and by brush, has been formulated to ensure an outstanding adhesion, eventually improvable by over-applying Kezal water-based fixative lacquer.

Varnish for Rubber without Halogenation (water-based / solvent-based)

Kezal varnish line for rubber (SBR) is applied directly onto the substrate without any preactivation step. In addition to making the process more efficient and cost-effective, it maintains the natural sole flexibility, preventing the unavoidable stiffing generated by the use of halogenating solutions.
