IN MOULD COATINGS
In Mould Coating (IMC) varnish is directly sprayed into the mould, right after the application of the release agent and right before the PU injection or pouring.
By reacting simultaneously with the PU during its foaming, in mould coating resistance to abrasion and adhesion is stronger than the common varnishes for PU.
Beside these qualitative benefits, the IMC boosts industrial productivity by avoiding time demanding operations like substrate washing after demoulding.

Fake Double Density Effect: Kezal IMC allows to obtain the typical bi color effect of the double density soles on a single density sole in a quickly, cheap and effective way.
Anti – Yellowing System: Kezal white IMC successfully slows down the unavoidable PU yellowing photodegradation, by acting as additional barrier between UV sun rays and the PU material.
