DESCRIPTION Water based release agent for PU safety shoes

CHARACTERISTICS

Liquid

APPLICATION

  • Clean well the mould
  • Mould temperature 50-65°C minimum
  • Stir the product before and during use in order to ensure uniformity
  • Spray using nozzle gun diam. 0.3 mm
  • Tank pressure 0.8 atm
  • Spray the product at pressure 2.5 atm
  • Pre treat or put the mould in condition by applying the product in two/three homogeneous drafts at the normal processing temperature
  • Spray the product directly into the mould and start moulding
  • Apply at each cycle a uniform layer over the whole mould to ensure a proper release and matt effect
  • Wash the sole before painting (outside mould) and gluing at the upper

STORAGE
  • Store  in well closed original packing in a dry and ventilated place.
  • Shelf life, 12 months.
  • Avoid extreme cold-heat (preferably +5/30 °c)
