DESCRIPTION: Water based mono-component in-mould-coating varnish for PU

 

CHARACTERISTICS: Liquid water based

 

APPLICATION

  • Clean well the mould
  • Shake before using
  • Mould temperature: 50-65°C
  • Spray using nozzle gun diameter 0.5 mm
  • Spray the product at pressure 2,5 bar
  • Spray the product directly into the mould after the release agent

ADVANTAGES

  • No solvent content
  • Environmental friendly product
  • Small quantity (6-8 g/pair)
  • Elimination of cream lines and pouring marks
  • Savings in washing, colouring paste, processing

COLOURS

  • RAL/ Pantone colours
  • Special colours upon request
PACKING
  • Plastic can of 20 kg
  • Plastic drums of 100-200 kg

 

STORAGE
  • Store  in well closed original packing in a dry and ventilated place.
  • Shelf life, 12 months.
  • Avoid extreme cold-heat (preferably +5/30 °c)
