Covering Varnish for TPR light Soles

DESCRIPTION

  • Mono-component concentrated varnish for TR light soles
  • Normally used as first coat to cover the original TR light  colour

CHARACTERISTICS

  • Liquid solvent base
  • Synthetic resins and pigments in organic solvents

APPLICATION

  • Shake well the varnish before using
  • Dilute with solvents (Ratio 1:1)
  • spay by machine or manually when the sole is completely dry
  • spray using nozzle gun diam. 1-1.5mm and pressure 3BAR atm

COLOURS

  • Most of RAL/Pantone colour cards 
  • Special colours on demand
PACKING
  • Metal  can of 20 kg
  • Metal drum of 180 kg

 

STORAGE
  • Store  in well closed original packing in a dry and ventilated place.
  • Shelf life, 12 months.
  • Avoid extreme cold-heat (preferably +5/30 °c)
