DESCRIPTION

  • Transparent varnish for PVC and TR soles
  • Second coat leather imitation by spray

CHARACTERISTICS

  • Solvent-based liquid
  • Synthetic resins and solution in organic solvents

APPLICATION

  • Mix well before using
  • Spray the product as 2nd coat after:
    • 2800 series (covering coat for PVC)
    • 4300 series (covering coat for TR)
    • 3800 series (covering coat for PU)
  • Spray using nozzle diam. 1-1.5mm
  • Pressure 4-5 atm
  • Spray by machine or manually

COLOURS

  • Ral / Pantone colour cards
  • Customized colours on demand
PACKING
  • Metal  can of 20 kg
  • Metal drum of 200 kg

 

STORAGE
  • Store  in well closed original packing in a dry and ventilated place.
  • Shelf life, 12 months.
  • Avoid extreme cold-heat (preferably +5/30 °c)
