DESCRIPTION

  • Mono-component transparent varnish for TR
  • Spray application
  • Gives soft feeling and mask small surface defects

CHARACTERISTICS

  • Water-Based liquid  
  • Synthetic resins and dyes in water

APPLICATION

  • Stir well the varnish before using it
  • Spay by machine or manually 
  • Heat the sole around 40°C
  • Spray using nozzle gun diam. 1-1.5 mm and pressure 4 atm
  • Use warm air flow for better drying of the product

COLOURS

  • Mostly neutral and black  
  • Special colours on demand
PACKING
  • Metal  can of 20 kg
  • Metal drum of 180 kg

 

STORAGE
  • Store  in well closed original packing in a dry and ventilated place.
  • Shelf life, 12 months.
  • Avoid extreme cold-heat (preferably +5/30 °c)
