DESCRIPTION

  • Mono-component covering varnish for Polypropylene
  • Normally used as second coat on primerized components (using 1550 primer)

CHARACTERISTICS

Composition: synthetic resins, dyes and pigments in organic solvents

APPLICATION

  • Stir  well before using 
  • Spay by machine or manually 
  • Spray using nozzle gun diam. 1-1.5mm and pressure 3 atm
  • Dry well 

COLOURS

  • Most of RAL/Pantone colour cards 
  • Special colours on request
PACKING
  • Metal  can of 20 kg
  • Metal drum of 180 kg

 

STORAGE
  • Store  in well closed original packing in a dry and ventilated place.
  • Shelf life, 12 months.
  • Avoid extreme cold-heat (preferably +5/30 °c)
