DESCRIPTION Water based release agent for PU gel

CHARACTERISTICS

Water base emulsion

APPLICATION

  • Clean well the mould
  • Shake  before using
  • Mould temperature 60-70°C 
  • Spray using nozzle gun diam. 0.3 mm
  • Tank pressure  0.8 atm
  • Spray the product at  pressure  2.5 atm
  • Spray the product directly into the mould
  • After spraying the product dry it with air
  • Preferably spray with robot

  • No solvent content
  • Environmental friendly product
  • No need to wash the soles after moulding
  • Small quantity, 2 grams per mould
  • Excellent skin effect result

APPAEARANCE

Milky white

PACKING
  • Plastic cans of 20 lt.
  • Plastic drums of 100-200 lt.

 

STORAGE
  • Store  in well closed original packing in a dry and ventilated place.
  • Shelf life, 12 months.
  • Avoid extreme cold-heat (preferably +5/30 °c)
