Covering Varnish for TR Soles

DESCRIPTION

  • Mono-component concentrated varnish for TR 
  • Normally used as first coat to cover the original TR colour

CHARACTERISTICS

  • Liquid water based environment free
  • Synthetic resins and pigments in water without solvents

APPLICATION

  • Stir very well the varnish before using it
  • spay by machine or manually 
  • heat the sole with air flow or stove
  • spray using nozzle gun diam. 1mm and pressure 4 atm
  • use warm air flow for better dry of the product

COLOURS

  • Most of RAL/Pantone colour cards 
  • Special colours on demand
PACKING
  • Metal  can of 20 kg
  • Metal drum of 200 kg

 

STORAGE
  • Store  in well closed original packing in a dry and ventilated place.
  • Shelf life, 12 months.
  • Avoid extreme cold-heat (preferably +5/30 °c)
