 Varnish for EVA by Spray Dripped Effect

– Codes: 19110-M80 + 19130-M225 + 19130-M230 + 12700WM01

DESCRIPTION Varnishes system for EVA. To be applied on primer 19130

CHARACTERISTICS Composition: synthetic resins and in organic solvents

APPLICATION

Matt black

  • Stir well the varnish 19110-M80 before using
  • Clean very well the soles with a proper solvent (MEK, Toluene, DCM)
  • Apply Primer for EVA 19130 and let dry
  • Spray by machine or manually
  • Spray using nozzle gun diam. 1-1.5mm and pressure 2,5 atm
  • Dry well using hot air

Dripped effects

  • Stir well the varnishes 19110-M225 / 19110-M230 before using
  • Spray by machine or manually
  • Spray using nozzle gun diam. 1-1.5mm and pressure 0,5 atm
  • Dry well using hot air
  • Suggestions:
  • a) Nozzle: the larger is the nozzle, the wider are the drops
  • b) Distance: keep a wide distance (~ 30 cm)
  • c) Pressure: the lower is the pressure, the wider are the drops

Water Based Lacquer

  • Stir well the lacquer 12700WM01 before using
  • Spray by machine or manually
  • Spray using nozzle gun diam. 1-1.5mm and pressure >3 atm
  • Dry well using hot air

 

PACKING
  • Metal  can of 20 kg
  • Metal drum of 180 kg

 

STORAGE
  • Store  in well closed original packing in a dry and ventilated place.
  • Shelf life, 12 months.
  • Avoid extreme cold-heat (preferably +5/30 °c)

  • Mono-component varnishes for polyurethane
  • Covering Bicolor effect with glossy finishing and a velvet feeling

CHARACTERISTICS

  • Liquid solvent base
  • Synthetic resins and pigments in organic solvents

APPLICATION

Wash the soles with the solvent for release agent traces removing only before the application of the 1st coat

Matt black and Gold for bicolor

  • Stir the varnish 3600-M819 before using
  • Spray by machine or manually when the sole is completely dry 
  • Spray using nozzle gun diam. 1-1.5 mm and pressure 3 atm 
  • Stir the varnish 3800-M907 before using
  • Spray using nozzle gun diam. 1-1.5 mm and pressure 3 atm

Super Glossy Lacquer

  • Stir the varnish 12700-M170 before using
  • Warm the sole before spraying
  • Spray using nozzle gun diam. 1-1.5 mm and pressure 3 atm

Velvet effect

  • Stir the varnish 3980-M40 before using
  • Spray using nozzle gun diam. 1.5 mm and pressure 3,5 atm

  • Most of RAL/Pantone colour cards 
  • Special colours on demand
