​Second-coat Varnish for PVC, TR and PU for shade effect

DESCRIPTION

  • Transparent varnish for PVC and TR soles
  • Second coat leather imitation by spray

CHARACTERISTICS

  • Solvent-based liquid
  • Synthetic resins and solution in organic solvents

APPLICATION

  • Mix well before using
  • Spray the product as 2nd coat after:
    • 2800 series (covering coat for PVC)
    • 4300 series (covering coat for TR)
    • 3800 series (covering coat for PU)
  • Spray using nozzle diam. 1-1.5mm
  • Pressure 4-5 atm
  • Spray by machine or manually

COLOURS

  • Ral / Pantone colour cards
  • Customized colours on demand

Brush-off Varnishes by Spray

DESCRIPTION

  • Second coat brushable varnish
  • Suitable for PU, PVC, TR, ABS, SBR soles
  • It gives a double effect after brushing

CHARACTERISTICS

  • Liquid solvent based

APPLICATION

  • By spray using nozzle 1-1.5mm and pressure 3 atm
  • Spray on top of series:

3800 covering for PU

2800 covering for PVC

4300 covering for TR

2600 covering for ABS

12225 covering for SBR

  • Spray when the sole is completely dry
  • Brush with rotary cotton brush, speed 700 rpm, with abrasive wax 2200, then with bright wax 2251 for shine effect.
  • Spray by machine or manually

DESCRIPTION

  • Mono-component covering varnish for PVC velvet effect
  • Normally used as first coat to cover the original PVC colour

CHARACTERISTICS

  • Liquid water-based
  • Synthetic resins and pigments in water

APPLICATION

  • Stir very well the varnish before using it
  • Spray by machine or manually
  • Heat the soles around 40°C
  • Spray using nozzle gun diameter 2-2,5 mm and pressure 4-6 atm
  • Let dry the soles

DESCRIPTION

  • Mono-component covering varnish for PVC
  • By dip or spray

CHARACTERISTICS

  • Liquid water-based
  • Synthetic resins and pigments in water

APPLICATION

  • Stir well the varnish before using it
  • Clean well the substrate
  • Dip the sole in the varnish
  • Dipping could be done by machine or manually
  • Time of dipping 10-20 seconds
  • Dry well the soles to avoid sticking
  • For spray application use 1,2mm or 1,5mm nozzle and air pressure around 4 bar
  • Do not overspray
