Covering Varnish for Leather

DESCRIPTION

  • Water based Varnish for leather 
  • Ideal to over paint leathers

CHARACTERISTICS 

Emulsion of resin, dyes, pigments and additives

APPLICATION

  • Clean well the leather with 17012
  • Spray the product using nozzle gun 1-1.5mm and pressure 3 atm.
  • Let dry

COLOURS

  • Mainly black and brown
  • Various colours on demand 
PACKING
  • Bottle of 01 litre (1 carton box = 20 bottles)
  • Plastic can of 5 litres (1 carton box = 06 cans)
  • Plastic can of 20 litres

 

STORAGE
  • Store  in well closed original packing in a dry and ventilated place.
  • Shelf life, 12 months.
  • Avoid extreme cold-heat (preferably +5/30 °c)

Water base Varnish for Leather

– serie 460

DESCRIPTION Transparent water base varnish for kip leather

CHARACTERISTICS

  • Emulsion of synthetic resins and dyes 
  • Apply by dip; eventually by pad or by spray

APPLICATION

  • Dip the leather at least 30 sec
  • Let it dry
  • Eventually brush it with cotton brush at 700rpm
  • For an older effect apply by brush the 3250 cream or by spray the 3260 cream
  • Polish it 

COLOURS

  • Most of RAL/Pantone colour cards (in transparent form)
PACKING
  • Metal  can of 20 kg
  • Metal drum of 180 kg

 

STORAGE
  • Store  in well closed original packing in a dry and ventilated place.
  • Shelf life, 12 months.

  • Manually by brush
  • For fast drying use warm air flow

DESCRIPTION

  • Mono-component concentrated varnish for TR 
  • Normally used as first coat to cover the original TR colour

CHARACTERISTICS

  • Liquid water based environment free
  • Synthetic resins and pigments in water without solvents

APPLICATION

  • Stir very well the varnish before using it
  • spay by machine or manually 
  • heat the sole with air flow or stove
  • spray using nozzle gun diam. 1mm and pressure 4 atm
  • use warm air flow for better dry of the product

  • Most of RAL/Pantone colour cards 
  • Special colours on demand
