Release Agent for Polyurethanes Viscoelastic (Memory Foam)

DESCRIPTION

Water based release agent for PU Viscoelastic

CHARACTERISTICS

Liquid

APPLICATION

  • Clean well the mould
  • Mould temperature between 40°C and 50°C, depending on the PU system
  • Stir the product before and during use in order to ensure uniformity
  • Spray using nozzle gun diam. 0.3 mm
  • Tank pressure 0.8 atm
  • Spray the product at pressure 2.5 atm
  • Prepare the mould applying the product in two/three homogeneous drafts at the normal processing temperature
  • Spray the product directly into the mould and start moulding
  • Apply at each cycle a uniform layer over the whole mould to ensure a proper release

ADVANTAGES

  • No solvent content
  • Environmental friendly product
  • Small quantity
  • Minimum residue on the mould

APPEARANCE

Milky white

 

PACKING
  • Plastic cans of 20 lt
  • Plastic drums of 100-200 lt
  • Cistern of 1000 lt

Antistatic Colouring Paste for PU

DESCRIPTION

Pigment dispersion for polyurethane colouring systems such as microcellular, flexible, integral, rigid and elastomers

CHARACTERISTICS

  • Coloured pigment in a liquid carrier compatible with PU systems.
  • Phthalate free
  • Make the PU system static currents conductive.

APPLICATION

  • Stir well before using
  • Dosing could be done by mixing directly into the polyol tank or directly into the mixing head 
  • Dosing percentage from 3% to 4%, depending on the intensity of the colour requested and the requested conductivity

COLOURS

  • Various colour on demand
  • UV resistant on demand
PACKING
  • Metal can of 20 – 25 kg
