Brush-off Varnishes by Spray 

– serie 1600

DESCRIPTION

  • Second coat brushable varnish
  • Suitable for PU, PVC, TR, ABS, SBR soles
  • It gives a double effect after brushing

CHARACTERISTICS

  • Liquid solvent based

APPLICATION

  • By spray using nozzle 1-1.5mm and pressure 3 atm
  • Spray on top of series:

3800 covering for PU

2800 covering for PVC

4300 covering for TR

2600 covering for ABS

12225 covering for SBR

  • Spray when the sole is completely dry
  • Brush with rotary cotton brush, speed 700 rpm, with abrasive wax 2200, then with bright wax 2251 for shine effect.
  • Spray by machine or manually

COLOURS

  • Most of RAL/Pantone colour cards 
  • Special colours on demand
PACKING
  • Metal  can of 20 kg
  • Metal drum of 180 kg

 

STORAGE
  • Store  in well closed original packing in a dry and ventilated place.

Varnish for ABS and PS Rubber Effect

– serie 2610

DESCRIPTION

  • Mono-component covering varnish for ABS/PS heels
  • Normally used as first coat to cover to obtain a rubber effect finish of the plastic surface

CHARACTERISTICS

  • Liquid solvent base
  • Synthetic resins and pigments in organic solvents

APPLICATION

  • Stir  very well the varnish 2610 before using it
  • Spray 2610 by machine or manually 
  • Spray using nozzle gun diam. 1-1.5mm and pressure 3 atm
  • Dry well the heels to avoid sticking

COLOURS

  • Most of RAL/Pantone colour cards 
  • Special colours on request
PACKING
  • Metal  can of 20 kg
  • Metal drum of 180 kg

 

STORAGE
  • Store  in well closed original packing in a dry and ventilated place.

DESCRIPTION

  • Mono-component covering varnish for ABS/PS heels
  • Normally used as first coat to cover the original plastic colour

CHARACTERISTICS

  • Liquid water-based
  • Synthetic resins and pigments in water without solvents

APPLICATION

  • Stir very well the varnish 2600W before using it
  • Spray 2600W by machine or manually 
  • Spray using nozzle gun diam. 1mm and pressure from 3 atm
  • Dry well the heels to avoid sticking

  • Most of RAL/Pantone colour cards 
  • Special colours on request
