CHARACTERISTICS

Liquid

APPLICATION

  • Clean well the mould
  • Mould temperature between 50°C and 65°C, depending on the PU system
  • Stir the product before and during use in order to ensure uniformity
  • Spray using nozzle gun diam. 0.3 mm
  • Tank pressure 0.8 atm
  • Spray the product at pressure 2.5 atm
  • Prepare the mould applying the product in two/three homogeneous drafts at the normal processing temperature
  • Spray the product directly into the mould and start moulding
  • Apply at each cycle a uniform layer over the whole mould to ensure a proper release
  • Wash the sole before painting (outside mould) and gluing at the upper
