DESCRIPTION: Water based two-component in-mould-coating varnish for PU

 

CHARACTERISTICS:    Liquid water based. Possible to be used both as IMC or outside mould

 

APPLICATION

  • Clean well the mould
  • Shake the varnish before using
  • Prepare a solution of Catalyst 2300/… (5-7g) and varnish (100g)
  • Stir very well
  • Mould temperature: 60-70°C
  • Spray using nozzle gun diameter 1 mm
  • Spray the product at pressure 2,5 – 3,5 bar
  • Spray the product directly into the mould after the release agent or on the final piece

ADVANTAGES

  • No solvent content
  • Environmental friendly product
  • Small quantity
  • No need to use the spray machine
  • Savings in washing, colouring paste, processing

COLOURS

  • RAL/ Pantone colours
  • Special colours upon request

CHARACTERISTICS:    Liquid water based

 

APPLICATION

  • Clean well the mould
  • Prepare a solution of Catalyst 2300/113 (7,5g) and varnish (100g)
  • Stir very well
  • Shake the varnish before using
  • Mould temperature: 60-70°C
  • Add 4,5% 2300/226 and stir properly
  • Spray using nozzle gun diameter 1 mm
  • Spray the product at pressure 2,5 bar
  • Spray the product directly into the mould after the release agent

DESCRIPTION: Brushable water-based mono-component in-mould-coating varnish for PU. It gives a double effect after brushing.

 

CHARACTERISTICS: Liquid water based

 

APPLICATION

  • Heat the mould
  • Shake well the product
  • Apply the release agent
  • Mould temperature: 50-65°C
  • Spray using nozzle gun diameter 1.0 mm
  • Spray the product at pressure 3,5 bar
  • Spray a small amount of the product directly into the mould after the release agent and let dry
  • Brush with rotary horsehair brush, speed 700 rpm with abrasive wax 2200
  • Spray by machine or manually
